Functions expected of the IQAC are:

• Development and use of value benchmarks/boundaries for various academic and administrative activities of the institution
• Facilitating the making of a student driven climate helpful for quality instruction and staff development to receive the required
• knowledge and innovation for participatory teaching and learning process
• Arrangement for feedback response from students, parents and other stakeholders on quality-related institutional processes
• Dissemination of data on different quality boundaries of advanced education
• Organization of inter and intra institutional workshops, seminars on quality related themes and promotion of quality circles
• Documentation of the different projects/exercises prompting quality improvement
• Acting as a nodal office of the Institution for planning quality-related exercises, including selection and scattering of best practices
• Development and upkeep of institutional information base through MIS to keep up/improving the institutional quality
